  1. Add a spoonful of salt to cold water and mix well; add clams and soak for more than two hours

  4. Add more water, two spoons of cooking wine, one spoonful of old wine and half a spoonful of salt and bring to a boil

  6. Put the opened clams into a steamed egg container; add an appropriate amount of clam cooking water to the egg liquid, about 1/3 of the egg liquid; filter the egg liquid with a strainer and pour it into the container for clams, cover it with plastic wrap and put it into the steamer
