Steamed Pork Steak with Salted Fish
Overview
N years ago, salted fish was a food eaten by poor people. Nowadays, salted fish has changed and become a bit expensive. There are many kinds of salted fish, some are pickled with large fish, and some are pickled with small fish. The salted fish I used to make this steamed pork chop with salted fish is a small fish with very firm meat (I don’t like the musty smell). The meat is firm, salty and fresh. I don’t know what kind of fish it is. It goes well with steamed pork ribs and goes well with rice. Although salted fish is delicious, you shouldn’t eat too much of it because it contains a lot of salt and is a pickled product, but it’s okay to eat it a few times a year
