Spicy eggplant strips
Overview
The spicy eggplant strips made with hot pot base taste great too! I bought a pack of a vegetarian hotpot restaurant's secret base. It was a red pack. When I opened it and smelled it, I felt it was very spicy. I just went to the morning market today and bought some very fresh eggplants. I wanted to use this pack of base to make some eggplants. There are many ways to cook eggplant, and it tastes delicious no matter how you eat it. Today I am going to fry the eggplant in oil and use this package of hot pot base to fry it. I think it will be delicious! Indeed, it is very delicious! The base of this packet is very spicy, which is my favorite taste. The eggplant is very tasty and goes well with rice.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients: 4 eggplants, 1 red pepper, appropriate amount of spicy hot pot base, appropriate amount of coriander
-
First wash the eggplant and cut it into long strips
-
Sprinkle some dry starch
-
After the pan is hot, add corn oil
-
When the oil temperature is 50% hot, you can put in the eggplant to pass through the oil
-
I usually apply oil twice and remove it to control the oil
-
Use the same pot as before, put a little oil in the pot, when it is hot, add the onions and stir-fry, then add the appropriate hot pot base ingredients and stir-fry
-
Put a little less water in it, add salt to taste, when the soup boils, add the eggplant, stir-fry, and simmer for a while
-
After the soup has dried up, add chopped red pepper and coriander and it’s ready to serve!
