One eggplant.

Wash the eggplant and cut it into sections of about 5 cm. Make a few cuts across each section, as shown in the picture. Don't cut off the lower part. You can place two chopsticks on the left and right sides of the eggplant. When cutting vertically, place them on the upper and lower ends.

Make a few more vertical cuts.

Steam until cooked.

When steaming the eggplant, mix the minced ginger, minced garlic, minced green onion, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, cooked chili pepper, pepper powder, sesame oil, pepper oil, chicken essence, and white sugar, and stir well.

Carefully take out the steamed eggplant and place it on a plate, adjust it slightly, and scoop a spoonful of mushroom meat sauce [refer to "Homemade Mushroom Meat Sauce" for the recipe of mushroom meat sauce] and place it in the center of the flower to act as the flower center. When eating, just dip it in the seasoning made in step five.
