Soak the yuba and vermicelli in cold water.

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, soak them in water for a while and wash them.

Prepare chili sauce and minced garlic.

Add steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt to the bowl, and pour in appropriate amount of water to make the sauce.

Cut the vermicelli into short pieces and lay them on the bottom of the plate, and cut the yuba into sections.

Place enoki mushrooms on top of the vermicelli and put on the yuba segments.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, add chili sauce and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a boil.

Pour evenly onto the yuba.

Place in a basket and steam for 8 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
