Add the egg whites to the cream of tartar and beat into a rough foam. Add two-thirds of the powdered sugar and beat until it reaches a neutral peak

Mix the egg white part and the egg yolk part together, just stir in one direction, don't stir for too long

Preheat the baking pan in advance and brush it with oil. Pour the batter into the mold and sprinkle with sesame seeds (you can put what you like, such as raisins, walnuts, almonds, etc.)

Cook at 170° with upper and lower heat for 25 minutes
