The ingredients are ready and washed.

Cut carrots and green peppers into thin slices.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add white jade mushrooms and black fungus, blanch them, remove and set aside.

Beat the eggs and scramble them into pieces. Serve out.

Heat a little oil in a pot, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant, add carrot slices and stir-fry until soft.

Add the green pepper pieces and continue to stir-fry a few times.

Pour in white jade mushroom and black fungus.

Pour in the scrambled eggs, add a little salt, sugar and light soy sauce to taste.
