Prepare materials. Sea cucumbers are cooked ahead of time. (You can also use soaked sea cucumbers, but they must be cooked in advance. Sea cucumbers cannot be cooked with oil, I believe everyone knows this)

Soak the vermicelli until soft, cut the sea cucumber into strips, slice the tofu and pork, and tear the cabbage into medium-sized pieces.

Heat the pot, add oil, stir-fry onion and ginger, add sliced meat, stir-fry until white

Add cabbage and stir-fry

Pour an appropriate amount of water, add tofu, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes

Add the vermicelli and bring to a boil. Once soft, add the sea cucumber and bring to the boil again.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt, remove from the pan, and serve.
