Overview

The amaranth that my mother planted in front of the house was harvested again. I picked a small basket. They are relatively tender and growing well. I usually stir-fry them with some garlic. This time I thought about adding some spicy tempeh to stir-fry. It is more appetizing and a change of taste~

  1. Chop garlic and scallions and set aside spicy tempeh.

  2. Pick and wash the amaranth and drain.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion and garlic.

  4. Spoon a spoonful of spicy tempeh and saute until fragrant.

  5. Add amaranth to pan and stir-fry.

  6. After the amaranth is stir-fried, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

  7. Add a little salt to taste.
