After the chicken wings are defrosted naturally, soak them in water for 30 minutes and clean them to control the moisture.

Chop the garlic and ginger and put the chicken wing marinade into a bowl.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, chili noodles (optional) and stir evenly, then add 2.5 tablespoons of honey and stir evenly.

Pour the prepared marinade into the chicken wings, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Preheat the oven in advance, put the marinated chicken wings into a baking tray lined with tin foil, brush a layer of olive oil on the surface of the chicken wings, bake at 165 degrees for 50 minutes. At 20 minutes, brush the chicken wings with marinade sauce. At 25 minutes, turn the chicken wings over and continue grilling until cooked through.
