  1. Cut the fat tofu into shreds and soak in water

  2. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and cut into shreds, cut ham into shreds, peel eggs and cut into shreds

  3. Put the stock (chicken stock) in the pot and bring it to a boil. Add tofu, ham sausage, shredded egg skin, and shredded mushrooms. Add an appropriate amount of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the flavor is fragrant

  4. Add appropriate amount of water to the starch and mix thoroughly, then pour it into the pot and mix well

  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

  6. Finished product
