Cream Cheese Scones
Overview
I like scones very much, this kind of snack between bread and biscuits. Pair it with a cup of tea and it will be a wonderful afternoon. Pair it with a glass of milk and it will be a warm morning. I use homemade cream cheese from the milk produced in the prairie. I use the homemade cream cheese to make delicious scones, which are awesome.

Sift together the flour, baking powder and sugar and prepare.

Add cream cheese to flour.

Knead with your hands, mix the flour, etc. and cheese evenly and knead into a flocculent shape. Soften the butter in advance and cut it into small pieces, then add it to the flour.

Pour in the milk little by little and knead the dough with your hands while pouring the milk.

Mix until there is no dry powder and knead into a ball (do not knead repeatedly)

Roll out the dough to about 1.5cm thick. It can be cut into shapes using a mold, or directly cut into triangles.

Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Coat the surface with egg wash.

Coat the surface with egg yolk liquid.

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
