Cut the seasonings and put them in the rice cooker

Boil the beef tendon in a pot of cold water to remove the blood, take it out and wash it twice with the reserved hot water

When finished, put bean paste, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, rock sugar, and cold water into the rice cooker. When finished, put the beef in and cook for an hour and a half.
