Classic Cream Bread
Overview
Being a mother is not easy. Every day I have to think about a nutritious breakfast that my little girl will love. Classic butter bread, with round buns and sweet buttercream. My daughter took one piece at a time and raised her hands to praise it!

Put all the ingredients except butter into the mixing bowl of the cooking machine, turn to low speed for 5 minutes, then to 2 for 11 minutes, add butter

Knead until fully expanded!

Divide it into 4 equal portions, about 110 grams each. (I only bought 3 molds, and the other one is now used) Let it rest for 15 minutes

Roll the exhaust into a round shape, roll it into a beef tongue shape, shape it into an oval, and pinch the joint tightly

Place into a 7-inch non-stick hot dog mold

Add the remaining egg liquid to a little water, brush it on the bread dough, and evenly coat it with white sesame seeds. Start the oven fermentation function and ferment for about 50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and heat the middle rack up and down for about 20 minutes

Immediately after taking it out of the oven, remove it from the mold and let it warm to your hands before sealing it and storing it
