Mushroom and oyster-flavored snow peas
Overview
Soak the dried mushrooms until soft and shred them, add snow peas and carrots and stir-fry together, add in umami-rich oyster sauce, it’s delicious ~ highly recommended!

Ingredients: Snow peas, dried mushrooms, garlic sprouts, carrots.

Peel and wash the carrots, cut them vertically into petal shapes, and then cut them horizontally into simple flowers.

Wash the snow peas and remove their meridians, wash and remove the beard from the garlic sprouts, separate the head and tail into sections, soak the dried mushrooms until soft and cut into shreds.

Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, and sauté the carrots and garlic stems for a while.

Pour in the snow peas and stir-fry.

Add shredded shredded mushrooms and stir-fry for a while.

Add a little water to allow the ingredients to heat evenly.
