【Student midnight snack】Pork floss rolls with green onion
Overview
The bread was made in a hurry this time. It was already at night when the first fermentation was completed, and the fermented dough could not be left for the next day, so I had to bite the bullet and make it. I added the leftover whipped cream from the day before yesterday and it was very soft and soft. After it was ready, I gave it to my children as a midnight snack.

Steps
-
After completing the first fermentation, roll out the dough evenly and deflate the air, then roll it into a piece of dough about the same size as the baking pan and place it on the baking pan. Line the baking pan with oil cloth. This step is the second fermentation. I didn’t take pictures of the previous steps because I was in a hurry, so I won’t go into details about the first fermentation. (The baking pan is 28*28)
-
After the secondary fermentation is complete, brush the surface with egg wash. At this point preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
-
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds, ham cubes, and chopped green onion.
-
Place in the middle and lower racks of the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
-
Cool naturally after baking.
-
When it is not hot, turn the bread over and place it on the parchment paper. Use a knife to score the side closest to you twice so that it can be rolled up easily.
-
After rolling it up, wrap it in oil paper and let it rest for a while.
-
After almost 15 minutes of setting, remove the oil paper.
-
Cut the roll into small pieces, spread salad dressing on the cut surface, and dip the meat floss in it.
-
It’s ready to be used as a late night snack for the children. It’s too hard to make bread at night, so I’ll have to leave enough time next time.
