Santa Bread
Overview
As we enter December, it feels like Christmas is just around the corner. When I was a child, every Christmas, I looked forward to Santa Claus coming to deliver gifts. After I had a child, I became Santa Claus. I secretly put the gifts in front of the bed and told him that Santa Claus was coming to deliver gifts in the evening.

-
Put water and condensed milk into bread bucket.
-
Add the egg mixture, add sugar and salt diagonally.
-
Add milk powder, flour and butter, add yeast on top of the flour, and put the bread barrel into the Dongling bread machine.
-
After kneading the dough for 10 minutes, let it sit for 10 minutes, then knead the dough for 13 minutes.
-
After the dough has been mixed, ferment it for 40 minutes until it reaches 1.5 times in size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it, divide it into 5 pieces of 45g and 28g dough, roll them into balls, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll out the large dough into a drop shape.
-
Roll out the small dough into the shape as shown.
-
Then use scissors to cut into thin strips, then stretch them to make the beard part.
-
Place the beard part 1/4 of the water drop dough piece, and twist the slender strip to place it randomly.
-
Fold the pointed part of the drop-shaped top inward, take another small piece of dough and roll it into a long and thin strip and place it on top. The hat shape will begin to appear.
-
Take a small amount of dough and roll it into a round shape and place it on the tip of the hat to make the ball of the hat. Then make a small piece of dough to make the nose and mustache. After it is done, put it in the Dongling K30A oven, select the fermentation setting, put a bowl of hot water inside to increase the humidity, and ferment for 40 minutes.
-
After fermentation, stick chopped cranberries on the hat and use dried blueberries to make eyes.
-
Place in the lower shelf of the preheated oven, heat to 165 degrees and lower to 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
-
When done, sift icing sugar over the beard.
