Chiffon Cake Debut
Overview
My husband and young son both started learning how to make cakes. I thought the ones made outside were too sweet and had too many additives, so I started baking on my own. Saying "I love you" a hundred times is worse than doing something for him with all your heart. Love is made with all your heart. Why do you have to choose a photo of yourself baking cracks? I think this is more real. Let you know more clearly that everything requires hard work and perseverance, and I believe you can do it too! ! !

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh 50 grams of caster sugar on a kitchen scale.
-
Separate egg yolks.
-
Take 5 average-sized eggs and separate them one by one.
-
Add a little sugar to the egg yolks and stir until the sugar melts.
-
Add 30 grams of olive oil and stir. 6Add 65 grams of milk and stir. (I forgot to take a picture of this step)
-
Add 2 grams of aluminum-free baking powder to 90 grams of cake flour and sift.
-
Stir until there are no lumps. (Mix well in a zigzag pattern, do not make circles as this will cause tendons to form.)
-
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat until they resemble fish-eye bubbles. Add sugar in three batches and beat the egg whites until they form straight peaks.
-
Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the egg yolk batter, cut and mix evenly with a spatula, pour all the egg whites into the batter, quickly cut and mix into cake batter.
-
Pour into an eight-inch mold with a loose bottom and shake a few times to remove air bubbles. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Judging from the crack, the temperature is too high. It is recommended to bake at 130 degrees for 30 minutes and 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out the cake and invert it to a wire rack. (The temperature and time are for reference only. Each oven has different temperaments, so you have to try out the time and temperature that suits you best.) Add 20 grams of sugar to the animal whipping cream (you can add more if you like it sweet). Put the whipped cream into a piping bag and decorate. (The fruits were washed and cut in advance. It was my first time to make a birthday cake and I bought more than a dozen kinds of fruits. In the end, I only used 4 kinds...)

Whipping cream, decorating, and arranging fruits, the cake I made for the first time was very simple, but I really like the color of the orange. It’s so beautiful.
