Wash and cut baby cabbage

Boil water in a pot, add salt to the water, blanch until soft, remove and control the water and set aside

Soak the vermicelli in water till soft and set aside

Prepare a head of garlic, mince it, divide it into two parts, rinse one part with water, dry it, add a little dry starch and mix well, and set aside the other part

Fry the minced garlic mixed with dry starch until golden brown

Arrange the vermicelli and shredded carrots, pour the old soup

Drizzle the steamed fish with soy sauce, called minced garlic, steam it in a steamer for 7 to 10 minutes, and remove from the pot
