Tomato and wild rice stuffed tofu

As a foodie who loves to experiment, I am willing to try various cooking methods and explore the flavors of various ingredients. Steamed fermented tofu with wild rice is a new way to eat it. The two ingredients are combined without mixing of flavors. Tomato tofu is a very common ingredient. Adding wild rice, the taste is very special!

Soak wild rice one day in advance.

Prepare soft tofu, soaked wild rice, and tomatoes.

Pick up the soaked wild rice, scoop it up in a microwave-friendly bowl or plate, and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Use a spoon to make a well in the center of the silken tofu.

Fill with cooked wild rice.

Steam in a steamer for about 12 minutes. After steaming, take out the tofu and pour away the distilled water.

Wash, peel and dice tomatoes.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, stir-fry the tomatoes until they become sandy, then add a little water and bring to a boil.

Cook until the soup thickens, add salt, chicken powder, and a little pepper.

Scoop it up and pour it on top of the tofu.
