Braised radish with fresh shrimps
Overview
I recall that when I was a child, the most delicious roasted red root dish my father made was roasted radish. Every time I cooked this dish, I would eat an extra bowl of rice. The shrimp-boiled radish is an improvement on the boiled radish made by my father. It is cooked and cooked with the shrimp. It is very delicious and goes well with rice!
