Prepare the ingredients, remove the bones from the chicken legs and dice the tomatoes.

Marinate the cut chicken thighs with spices (curry powder, chili powder, cumin and fennel powder) and salt for half an hour.

Fry the curry leaves, nutmeg and other ingredients over medium heat.

Add the marinated chicken and stir through.
