Christmas tree bread
Overview
Christmas is coming in a blink of an eye. This month, I followed the baking class and made three Christmas-related gourmet creations: Christmas cookies, Christmas cup cakes, and this Christmas tree bread. Personally, I am very satisfied with the work. Whether it has been done before or not, it may feel difficult at first, but as long as you calm down and work hard, you will get satisfactory results.

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients
-
Put the liquid in the bread bucket first, then put the milk and egg liquid into the bread bucket first. Add sugar to one corner and salt to the other corner
-
Add flour ingredients, first add high-gluten flour, then add baking powder.
-
After the bread machine starts a dough mixing program,
-
Add softened butter and start another dough kneading process.
-
After 2 kneading procedures, a smooth film can be pulled out, and the kneading is completed.
-
After rounding, place it back in the bread barrel
-
Cover the bucket with a clean damp cloth, close the lid of the bread machine, and start the fermentation process.
-
Let the dough rise until it is 2-2.5 times the size of the original dough. Use your fingers to dip some dry powder into the dough and poke it until the hole does not shrink back.
-
Take out the dough and deflate it
-
Divide into 18 dough balls of the same size
-
Roll the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and cook for 10 minutes
-
Round the dough again, this time the rounding will further shape the dough to make it rounder and smoother.
-
Place the dough in a baking pan covered with oilcloth, arrange it in the order of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 to look like a tree, add one more on top and put the remaining 2 at the bottom to serve as tree trunks. Put it in the oven, select the hair setting function, and put a plate of hot water at the bottom to moisturize it.
-
It will take about 60 minutes for the dough to rise to double its original size and the rise is complete.
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and lightly brush the egg wash onto the dough
-
Place the buns in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes
-
Place the baked bread on the grill to cool
-
Just decorate.
