Preparation materials: Wash the green pepper and cut into rings.

Wash the chicken breast, remove the broken bones, cut it into slices, then cut it into small cubes, then chop it slightly with a knife. It doesn't need to be too fine, but don't cut it into too big pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan, when it is 60% hot, pour in the chicken rice, use a spatula to split it, and stir-fry until the color of the chicken rice turns white. (Chicken contains a lot of water, so water will come out when stir-fried. Stir-fry until the water evaporates.)
