Mini Panini
Overview
I have been coveting KFC’s breakfast panini for a long time, so I just bought a mold to make some for breakfast! In fact, grandpa’s panini requires a hot pressing process, so I had to make it directly into a sandwich at home!

Steps
-
First put the liquid in the bread bucket, water, eggs, salt in one corner and sugar in the other, then put the flour and milk powder, and put the yeast in the middle
-
Start the dough kneading program and the default setting is 20 minutes. After the dough is formed, add small cubes of butter. I used two dough kneading programs
-
Start the fermentation program, the default is 1 hour, until it doubles in size
-
Take out the dough, flatten it and deflate it, then divide it into 6 equal portions, each about 65 grams, and rest for 15 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long strip
-
Roll it up again
-
Put it in the mold
-
Place in the oven for secondary fermentation at low temperature for 45 minutes and then brush with egg wash
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes
-
Prepare the middle ingredients
-
Wait for the bread to cool completely and cut it in the middle. Add avocado slices, ham slices, salad dressing, and cheese slices
-
Just cover it with the bread on top
