Olive oil meringue
Overview
Most of the desserts used in baking use butter. Due to various reasons, many people do not like to eat butter. They can use olive oil or tasteless vegetable oil instead of butter. They can also make small desserts, which are slightly less crispy than butter.

Prepare materials

Sift together the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder into a container

Add olive oil and egg white to the powder

Use a spatula to cut and mix evenly

Put the mixed batter into a piping bag, and install a medium-sized serrated nozzle in the piping bag in advance

Pipe out the batter in a circular motion on the baking sheet, and sprinkle a few almond slices on top of the squeezed out batter (optional if not available, or use other dried fruits instead)

Put the baking sheet into the preheated oven, with the convex side of the grill facing up, into the middle and lower layers of the oven. The oven is preheated in "biscuit/tart" mode. The temperature of the upper and lower tubes are both 160 degrees. The baking time is 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and continue to simmer the biscuits in the oven for 8 minutes
