Braised pork ribs
Overview
I cut these ribs myself. At that time, I gritted my teeth and thought that I must study it carefully, because in order to cut it, I couldn't use my kitchen knife. I was at home during the Qingming Festival holiday, so I made it by the way to improve it for everyone. To be honest, this is my first time making braised pork ribs, and I am quite satisfied with the final result.

Put the pork ribs into a pot of boiling water, add cooking wine, boil it and skim off the foam, cook until it is about 70% cooked, then remove and drain out the water
