First add the cooking wine to blanch the bones, pick them up, wash and drain.

Put some lard in the pot, add ginger slices, add bones and stir-fry until slightly browned.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.

Skim off the foam, add balsamic vinegar, reduce heat and simmer for an hour.

Finally add salt, wolfberry and cook for another two minutes.

Remove from the pan.
