Passion Fruit Cake Roll
Overview
Many people like the sour and refreshing taste of passion fruit, and I am no exception. I particularly like this taste. In addition to soaking it in water, it is also good to use it to make cakes, which has a unique flavor.

Add fine sugar and refined salt to 4 egg yolks, stir until the sugar melts,

Add corn oil and stir until fully emulsified,

Add passion fruit, stir a few times,

Sift in low-gluten flour,

Stir until there are no flour particles, set aside,

Add 2 drops of white vinegar to 4 egg whites, add fine sugar in three batches, and beat until wet peaks form,

Take 1/3 of the meringue and add it to the egg yolk paste, stir evenly,

Then pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining meringue,

Mix evenly and the cake batter will be ready,

Place a silicone mat in the baking pan and pour the cake batter into the baking pan at a height of 30 cm,

Drop the baking pan a few times to release air bubbles,

Put in the preheated oven, middle rack, 160 degrees, upper and lower heat, bake for 25 minutes,

Take out the baked cake and let it dry for 10 minutes,

After demoulding, roll it up with a silicone pad,

Once cool, cut into small pieces and serve.
