Salt and pepper scallion pancake
Overview
I have eaten pretzels and made scallion pancakes. Combining the two, it is a classic pasta dish, pretzel and scallion pancakes. Only by tasting it can you know how tempting it is. The rich onion aroma has a peppery aroma of Sichuan peppercorns and a hint of saltiness. Great.

Add water to flour and mix into dough. Then knead it into a soft dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes.
