Prepare ingredients.

Cut the tofu into triangular pieces, chop the oil residue into mince, cut the garlic into sections, and mince the red pepper.

Heat oil in a pan and add a little salt.

When the oil is 70% hot, add the tofu and fry until fragrant.

After one side is set, turn it over.

Scoop the tofu to one side, add the chili and garlic and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add the oil residue and stir-fry evenly. Add salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce and light soy sauce to taste.
