Prepare the following ingredients

Pour the rice into the pot, add water to cover the rice by about 1cm, cover and cook over medium-high heat for about 20 minutes

Cut the salmon into equal-sized pieces, depending on personal taste

Cut the carrots into cubes and the green peppers into small pieces

Marinate the salmon with cooking wine, salt, pepper and ginger for 15 minutes

When the rice is cooked, add the marinated salmon when it smells fragrant, cover and continue cooking for 6-7 minutes

In a separate pan, heat oil over high heat, add carrots and green peppers and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes

Take it out and sprinkle it on the salmon rice
