Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel and cut the yam into sections and steam them in a steamer.
-
Beat the eggs, add milk, sugar and vegetable oil and mix well.
-
Add flour into the egg batter and mix evenly.
-
Strain the mixed batter into the pan of the pancake maker using a slotted spoon. If there are any lumps, use a spatula to scrape them off.
-
Preheat the pancake maker for 30 seconds. Press the pancake maker into the basin, rotate it and pull it out. A layer of batter will stick to the pancake maker.
-
When the edge of the pancake turns yellow, turn it over, (the pancake machine is flat) and heat it for another 5 seconds. Finish in sequence. You can temporarily cut off the power in the middle to cool down.
-
After the pancakes are made, the yam is steamed and dried. Add sugar to the yam and a little milk and crush it with a spoon.
-
Put the blueberries in a bowl and beat with a cooking stick at low speed for 10 seconds. It doesn't need to be too fine, just a grainy texture.
-
Add blueberry jam to the yam puree and mix well.
-
One layer of pancake, one layer of blueberry yam puree, and then stack about 10 layers in sequence.
