Cut the lean meat into shreds, add half a spoon of cornstarch, cooking wine, a little salt and mix with a spoon, then add some clear oil and stir for 5 minutes to infuse the flavor. Shred the fungus, shred the magnolia slices, slice the garlic, cut the ginger, onion and red pepper and set aside.
