Overview
It is said that Sandou Drink is a famous prescription given by Bian Que, a famous medical scientist during the Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period in China. It has the effect of caring for the skin. After entering the valley, I saw someone saying that this is the best drink during the dog days of summer. There happened to be nothing missing, and there was also a pack of red barley, so I simply cooked the four items together to make three beans + barley porridge. In porridge, black beans are sweet, flat and non-toxic. It has the functions of promoting blood circulation, diuresis, dispelling wind, clearing heat and detoxifying, nourishing and strengthening blood, and replenishing deficiency and black hair. Mung beans are cold in nature, sweet in taste, non-toxic, enter the heart and stomach meridian, are rich in protein, and have cholesterol-lowering, blood-lipid-lowering, anti-allergic, anti-viral, antibacterial and other effects. Adzuki bean is neutral in nature, sweet and sour in taste, enters the heart and small intestine meridian, is rich in protein and trace elements, and has the functions of reducing swelling, detoxifying, diuresis and dehumidification.
