Tomato scrambled eggs are often eaten by everyone. Adding cowpeas makes it a little fresher. Add more and you don’t need to stir-fry vegetables. Haha. How easy it is. Prepare ingredients.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a little rice vinegar.
