Christmas cupcakes
Overview
Christmas is getting closer and closer. In order to enhance the Christmas atmosphere, I made some cupcakes to give to my friends. I bought a lot of decorations and tried each one to see which one looked better. After decorating it a little, it will look beautiful. It’s still Kojima-sensei’s sponge cake body, because it’s really delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Get all the materials ready
-
Add sugar and starch syrup to the whole eggs, put the basin into hot water and stir until the temperature reaches 40 degrees, then take it out
-
Whisk until the 8 characters are drawn and it is not easy to disappear. Alternatively, insert a toothpick into the egg batter at a position of 1.2 cm. If the toothpick does not fall down or falls slowly, it means it is OK
-
Sift in low-gluten flour
-
Stir the egg liquid evenly and quickly, about 30 to 40 times until the flour is almost invisible
-
After the milk and butter are mixed with insulated water and melted into a liquid, pour it into the batter with a silicone knife. After stirring evenly, the batter will become shiny. When you pick up the batter, it will flow faster and thinner than the original egg batter ~ but very shiny
-
Put the cake batter into a piping bag and squeeze it into the paper cup until it is 8-9 minutes full (this recipe can make just 12 molds)
-
Bake in an oven at 160 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes (depending on the temperament of your oven)
-
After baking, take it out of the oven and let it cool
-
Add 200 grams of light cream to 20 grams of powdered sugar and whip
-
Send to hard state
-
Add a little pigment to adjust the color
-
Put it into a piping bag, decorate it, and then decorate
