Green pepper bean curd
Overview
Yuba is made by heating and boiling soy milk and then keeping it warm for a period of time to form a thin film on the surface. It has extremely high nutritional value. When selecting yuba, you should choose yuba that is yellow-white in color, translucent, branch or leaf-shaped, brittle and easy to break. It is not recommended to use those that are too yellow or too white. It is better to use cold water to soak the yuba. The yuba will break easily if soaked in hot water.
