Purple sweet potato soft bread
Overview
Bread has become a staple food and snack. I make it 4 to 5 times a week. Tonight I will make a purple sweet potato (flour) soft bread. The color is beautiful, soft, puffy and sweet. It can also be used as a breakfast bag or snack.

Add purple sweet potato starch to flour and mix evenly.

Put other ingredients except flour and yeast into the bread machine, then add flour and yeast, and the bread machine kneads the dough and ferments.

Mix dough until medium.

Fermented dough.

Take it out and put it on the dough board.

Knead to a uniform dough.

Divide into 9 equal portions.

Put it into the mold and let it rise a second time.

Garnish with sliced almonds on the bread dough that has risen twice.

Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, place the mold in the middle and lower layers, bake at 150 degrees and 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
