Red wine lemon shrimp
Overview
I bought 1kg of frozen raw butterfly shrimps online. I cooked them once in Chinese style, and this time I’m going to make them in Western style!

After defrosting, wash and drain the raw butterfly shrimps, add salt, cooking wine, ginger juice, black pepper, and chicken powder and marinate for 30 minutes

Prepare red wine lemon juice: add red wine, sugar, white vinegar and lemon juice and mix well

Take a small pot, add an appropriate amount of salad oil, heat it and add the shrimp

Once you see the shrimp change color, remove and drain the oil

Put the red wine lemon juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil

Cook until the juice thickens
