Sauce-flavored meat-foamed winter melon
Overview
Saving: I have a little meat filling and sauce left over from making sauced pork buns. I want to make noodles with soybean paste that my son likes, but my wife doesn’t like them, so I might as well make some fried winter melon with sauce. Everyone is happy

Steps
-
Cut the winter melon into small pieces, cut the surface deeply with a knife to facilitate the flavor, and mince the ginger, garlic and Thai pepper
-
Add a little bit of miso and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Mix the meat filling and minced green onion evenly. They should have been put on separate plates, so they were put together to save trouble
-
Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil starts to smoke, add the ginger, garlic and Thai pepper until the aroma comes out. Add the minced meat and stir-fry
-
Add sauce and minced meat and stir-fry
-
Add water and bring to a boil over high heat. I added a little too much water
-
After boiling the pot, add the winter melon, cover and simmer over medium heat
-
For about 5 minutes, open the lid and turn to high heat to reduce the juice, add a little salt and water starch
-
When it came out of the pan, there was a little too much juice, but when I mixed it with rice, my son liked it
