Shrimp, leek and egg soup
Overview
When I opened this dish on my computer and saw the small shrimps inside, I was eager to try something new again. I bought these small shrimps when the sea first opened in spring. I remember making several dishes with it. The fresh shrimps are indescribably delicious.

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the leeks into thin sections.
