Overview
Making potato glutinous rice cakes requires mashed potatoes, so I simply cooked a few more. After making potato glutinous rice cakes, there is still some mashed potatoes left. I don’t know how to get rid of it? I thought it would be good to make it into meatballs and deep-fry it; if it were fried directly, the taste would probably be a bit worse, so I thought it would be even better if it was coated with a layer of fried chicken powder, so I came up with this dish - Spicy Potato Balls.
