First make the polish a day in advance. Mix all the ingredients and ferment at room temperature until bubbles form, then refrigerate for 12-24 hours.

Mix all the ingredients for the main dough except butter and cranberries

Add butter and knead until it expands. Add cranberries and knead evenly.

Melt the cream cheese over water, add milk powder, milk and sugar, stir until smooth. Put into piping bag and set aside.

Divide the fermented dough evenly into 3 parts, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 30 minutes.
