Tiao cake, also called Changbai cake, is one of the traditional pastries. It is characterized by being soft but not hard, sweet and delicious.

Add 200g of white sugar to the eggs and beat until thick (forgot to beat), then sift in the low-gluten flour.

Pour the batter onto the baking sheet (it doesn't look very nice, I put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and forgot to pat it), bake it at 170 degrees for 10 minutes (you should sprinkle it with sugar, so you can omit it because you don't have sugar at home).

I didn't look at the heat, the color is not white (not very beautiful), the texture is soft and the taste is sweet.
