Rainbow Toast
Overview
I bought a Changdi Man CRTF32K oven and saw many rainbow cakes made by experts. I have always wanted to make rainbow toast. The opportunity came. I especially like the three-dimensional height of the Man CRTF, which is suitable for baking toast. Despite the bad weather, I started the baking journey of Man CRTF.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the carrots and spinach and cut them into small cubes (I was going to use purple cabbage at first, but the color was lighter, and finally replaced it with mature purple potatoes)
-
Juice and filter separately
-
Mix spinach juice, carrot juice, and milk with high-gluten flour, egg liquid, salad oil, and white sugar in a ratio of 2:1:1 to form three doughs (for example: spinach juice 90g + 200g high-gluten flour + 20g egg liquid + 20g oil + 20g sugar to form a dough). Use 2 kneading programs of the bread machine for each dough for a total of 36 minutes. Add yeast in the same proportion in the second kneading program, then take half of the white dough and add cooked purple sweet potatoes and knead well
-
Put the kneaded dough into different containers and place them in the oven
-
Select the fermentation function and set 45 degrees for 60 minutes
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it
-
Divide the dough evenly into equal-sized pieces, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes
-
Take one piece of dough and roll it into a rectangle, take another piece of dough and roll it into a rectangle of the same size, and stack them up in matching colors
-
Put into toast box
-
Leave a piece of white dough and roll it out evenly on top. If you accidentally miss a piece of green dough, roll it out evenly and cover it on top
-
Put in the oven for the second time; 45 degrees for 45 minutes
-
Take out the toast box and brush with egg wash
-
Set the oven to heat up and down at the same time. Preheat the upper and lower heat at 160 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the toast box in the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 24 minutes
-
When it came out of the oven, I felt that the 400g noodles were still a little too much, causing the toast to top the toast box.
