Sauce-flavored shredded pork and soybean sprouts
Overview
It is very difficult to eat green vegetables in the winter in the Northeast because the price of green vegetables is really too expensive. The price of a pound of green vegetables has almost caught up with the price of a pound of pork! Most families eat cabbage, potatoes, radishes, and various pickles developed by themselves as food on the table every day. As for me, I also soak some soybean sprouts to eat, and soy products are something we need every day. Below I have prepared a simple and delicious soybean sprout recipe for everyone

Wash the soaked soybean sprouts

Shred lean pork, chopped green onion, peppercorns, garlic slices, set aside

Heat 50% of the oil in the pot, add peppercorns, garlic slices, and half of the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Add soy sauce and stir-fry the soybean sprouts for a while. Add a little salt
