Stir-fried wild river shrimp with garlic sprouts
Overview
The river shrimp was hard to come by. It was bought in a small county town more than 200 kilometers away. It happened to be a market day in the city. The market entrance extended to the roadside and was filled with various ingredients and local products. It was a dazzling array, simple and fresh. The price was also fair, so I bought while shopping. I was holding a shopping bag in each hand, which was stuffed to the top, and my fingers were pinched with deep marks. I was about to walk to the parking lot when I saw two stalls selling fresh river shrimp. The stall owner selling river shrimp used snakeskin bags to build a temporary pool, and built up the sides with bricks and wooden blocks. The fresh river shrimps were jumping lively. When I walked in, my mother said they were wild river shrimps. Along with the shrimps, there was a kind of wild fish that can only survive in clear, clean and non-polluted water. The stall owner also introduced it. When I asked about the price, it was quite cheap, 13 yuan per catty. I immediately bought a few kilograms. In big cities, the price is several times more expensive, and it is difficult to buy such high-quality small river shrimps. Wash it, remove impurities and fry it until cooked. After cooling, put it in a glass bottle and use it for cooking, soup, stuffing, or stir it into powder to make soup base. It is a rare and delicious ingredient. The next day after I came back, I made a small stir-fried river shrimp with garlic sprouts. LG said it was delicious! For this reason, I had a little drink O(∩_∩)O
