Pan-fried Carrot Cake
Overview
Carrot cake is a very common snack in teahouses and can be found in almost every teahouse in Guangdong. The first must-order items for morning tea are of course chicken feet with abalone sauce, quicksand buns, and radish cake or taro cake. In fact, radish cake can be made at home. There are not many steps and the ingredients can be purchased everywhere. The sausage is made from whole lean sausage, which is not as fatty as the ones sold in teahouses. Of course, there are plenty of ingredients to make your own carrot cake.
