Painted chiffon cake roll
Overview
Use spinach puree to cook noodles for the little bear. The color is bright green and very beautiful. There was just some spinach puree left, and I thought: This color is much brighter than matcha. Can it be used to make cakes? The first thing that came to my mind was the color of green grass, so I looked for a white rabbit pattern online and made a cake roll, and it turned out to be really beautiful. The interesting production process was very attractive, so I made another panda pattern. Painted cake rolls, cake rolls can also be cute!

Steps
-
Ingredients are on standby.
-
Draw the cake roll pattern you want to make on a piece of A4 paper and place it on a baking tray. Place a piece of oil paper on top for later use.
-
Separate egg whites and yolks. Add 10% sugar to the egg yolks and beat until the egg yolks turn white and the sugar dissolves. Add corn oil and mix well.
-
Take two small bowls and scoop out a small spoonful of egg yolk paste.
-
Add the spinach juice into the large bowl of egg yolk paste and stir evenly.
-
Add 40 grams of sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat until wet peaks form. (That is, lift the egg white with the whisk head and slightly bend the tail.)
-
Add a small spoonful of flour into each small bowl and mix well. Sift low-gluten flour and salt into the egg yolk liquid in a large basin and stir evenly. Put a small spoonful of cocoa powder and a spoonful of egg white into a small bowl, mix well, and put it into a piping bag with a small opening.
-
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Use cocoa batter to frame the panda outline. Place in oven to heat for one minute.
-
Pour a spoonful of egg white into the original color batter bowl, mix well, and fill the panda body. Place in oven to heat for one minute.
-
Add the egg white to the spinach batter in three batches, mix well by turning it up and down, shake it a few times, and pour it into the baking pan.
-
170°C, upper and lower heat, upper rack of oven, bake for about 20 minutes, until the skin is no longer sticky and can be taken out.
-
After the cake has dried for a while, turn it upside down on another piece of parchment paper and carefully tear off the parchment paper at the bottom.
-
Turn the cake over, place it on greaseproof paper, roll it up, and refrigerate it for more than an hour. Take it out and slice it before eating.

This is another bunny pattern cake roll I made. The method is the same, first trace the bunny pattern and heat it for one minute. Pour in the spinach batter.
